Enjoy a decadent tapa-style tasting menu with inspired drink pairings inspired by works of art in current exhibitions. Feast for the Senses 18 will feature—Chef Andrew Barrett of Wildfire Cuisine. Chef Barrett provides an outstanding culinary experience with every dish he creates. After graduating from Humber College with his Chef de Cuisine honors degree, his passion for food inspired him to travel to multiple continents to experience authentic cuisine. Spain, India, Australia, and Thailand are just a few of the many countries he has visited in search of unique cooking techniques and genuine herbs and spices. After working in many restaurants, he started his own personal chef business where his creative mind would have no limits.
Esther Dawson is a Certified Sommelier with over eight years of experience in hospitality, specializing in wine education, guest experiences, and creative content development. She currently serves as the Sommelier, Cellar Lead, and Food & Beverage Content Creator at Langdon Hall Relais & Châteaux, where she combines her expertise in wine service with a passion for storytelling and hospitality.
In addition to her work at Langdon Hall, Esther is the Consulting Sommelier for the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club, and works with the InVintory app to help bridge the world of wine and technology. She holds certifications from both the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET Level 3), and is currently preparing for the Advanced Sommelier certification.
