The Works: 10 - 14 July | 8 - 11 August (4-day week)
Experiment with a little bit of everything! "The Works" camp offers an introduction to the fundamentals of art like drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and mixed media, while giving campers projects that take basics to the next level. New projects each week, so you can come back again and again!
Learn from the Masters: 17 - 21 July | 14 - 18 August
Be inspired by the masters we all know and love! Splatter paint like Pollock, get gestural like van Gogh, draw portraits like da Vinci, make art that pops like Warhol, and think "cubic" like Picasso. Each day focuses on learning about new artists and art movements to inspire campers' own awesome art-making projects.
Design Discovery: 24 - 28 July
Take a peek into the wonderful world of design! Campers explore how design is used in our everyday lives, in everything from architecture and fashion to graphic design and ordinary objects. Projects include designing spaces and building dioramas, fashion design and making wearable art, and designing logos and packaging. Not just for the older kids - this camp is perfect for 7 - 9 year olds, too!
Art & Hand-Drawn Animation: 31 July - 4 August
Think outside of the box and put your imagination to work during this exciting week of art-making, hand-drawn animation and storytelling. Campers will bring their artwork to life through two and three-dimensional projects like illustration, cartooning and comic strips, bookmaking, and stop-motion animation.
